We may call to clarify data in order
to determine which of our select
carriers will provide the best rate
for your aviation activity and
personal health.

To proceed, we will ask that you
authorize the release of medical
information while we arrange for
the collection of any other data.

If you’ve had your FAA physical
in the last six months and can
provide a copy, we may be able
to further simplify the process.
